1. How can I start with the SocializerHub®?
Once the order has been placed, we prepare the Quick Scan or the digital communication and brand analysis. At the same time we need the completed questionnaire from you (link will be sent by email after placing the order), which serves as a basis which social media channels we should connect with the SocializerHub®. After a coordination of the strategies and recommendations listed in the Quick Scan or the digital communication and brand analysis, we start the personal configuration of the SocializerHub® system. We assume that you have already set up all social media channels. If this is not the case, our support can help you for a small setup fee.
